I just finished my first week of IF and i have noticed that my tummy especially is starting to get much flatter and even start to get some definition. Also i dont plan my fast until i start feeling hungry on the day and work from there loving it so far

I have completed 5 days of 12/12x2 and 16/8x2 and yesterday doing 20/4 working out during two of those days and I have lost 5lbs. I saw above that after doing the big fast you lose 3lbs. Is there a way to keep it off for the coming days? Today am doing a 12/12 again

did my 1st 12/12 yesterday wasnt as bad as i thought on a 16/8 today and going to try and 24hr on the weekend

Soya milk is nice, the sweetened version are quiet good If your having it with coffee its best to either let it cool slightly or keep pouring and stirring through the curdling Alpro vanilla soya milk is great for coffee

I check every morning aswell. Even when its my lady time and get really disheartened when i have ate well and it goes up. Need to do it once a week
