I'm proud that I'm almost ready for the next jean size down. They're almost falling off, and I remember when they were the tight jeans!0

Only slept 3 hours after doing and all nighter and still motivated myself to do my workout. Even though I kept yawning throughout the entire workout lol0

I'm proud of myself because for the first time in a long time I have hope and I can look at unhealthy food and feel powerful to say "your not worth it" And as an add on the reason I feel so hopeful is MFP.... I love this site and all the supportive people I have found here!
I couldnt agree more. MFP friends are very supportive. :happy:0 -
I am now really REALLY proud of myself for going for a walk, even though I didn't really feel like it. My legs were hurting from a power walk 2 days ago, but I pushed myself and I'm glad I did cos I feel so fantastic!0

When my alarm went off at 5 I was so tired. I reset it for 6 so I could skip the gym and get an extra hour of sleep.
10 seconds later I got up anyway and ran until my shirt was soaked.0 -
Today I am proud of myself because instead of sleeping in the extra 1/2 hour I could have, I actually got my butt up and worked out instead. Makes me feel really good :-)0

I am proud of myself for completing two sessions of Yoga yesterday,
I am proud that i deciding that my leftover pad thai supper portion yesterday was much too larger than i thought once i placed it onto my plate....so i halved the amount and placed the other portion back into the tupperware. Ate the plate and was very satisfied; my eyes were much bigger than my stomach.0 -

I'm proud of myself for losing almost a stone since Boxing Day. Some days I think progress is very slow but actually, considering I was less than 3 stone overweight to begin with, I think I'm going at a very healthy pace.0

I'm proud because today I'm wearing slacks that I haven't been able to fit into for the past five (yes, FIVE) years. And they are not too tight, just right. I still have 10lbs to go, so I'm looking forward to those other clothes in my closet that I can't fit yet.0

that is awesome, good job!! I am just starting with this site and keeping a daily log of everything I eat / and working out yesterday. I am not extremely overweight, I weigh about what I should. But, my excess fat is stored in the common place of the stomach / butt areas. I am going all in for the goal of getting a flat stomach, and losing my stomach fat. This is going to be real hard, I can tell already. I have worked out at gym 5 straight days, and 6 out of 7. I am doing some good things, and the more I learn the more I make it better. To get a flatter stomach would you suggest I eat less than my calorie daily goal?
