I am not sure if I have posted in here before but here are some updated photos. I started at 251lbs and am now around 160lbs, my goal is 140 and I am 5'6". First time in my life I haven't had a double (or triple) chin.

This is definitely me. I only have 5-10kg more to go (already lost over 40kg) and because I look okay and get compliments now and fit into nice clothes I've mostly just given up. I've been losing weight for 3 years now so I'm just sick of thinking about how I should be working out and worrying about I'm eating.

Thank you!!! :) As I'm getting closer to my goal weight (and being a "normal" weight now) I'm finding the weight is coming off slower, which I understand is normal but can I aim to lose 1kg a week from now onwards or is it too much? I have 7kg more to go.

I didn't weigh myself for few weeks because I was seriously slacking but as of last week I'm back on track and have lost 3kg recently. 28 July: 74kg 18 August: 71kg (Goal:64kg)

I started at 251 an have lost 90lbs so far, 20 more to go, and I am lucky enough to have no loose skin so far. Although my boobs aren't as full as they used to be so I guess that could be some excess skin but it's not that bad.

I was just going through all of my forum posts and I feel incredibly frustrated that I posted this 3 months ago and have not made any progress or lost any more weight :(

Hi my name is Natalie and I am new to this group. I have lost 40kg and am now struggling to lose the last 10. I am already at my original goal but decided I wanted to lose an additional 4-10kg after reaching my current weight of 74kg.

- I run around 5 times a week. - The least is 2.5km, the most is 8km, on average I would say 5km a day. - I think between 10-20km - I wear Nike Free Runs. - I run on a concrete track and an outdoor dirt track in rural Thailand.

I alternate 1 min running (10km/hour) and 1 min walking (4km/hour) for 20mins on 0 incline. Then fast walking (6km/hour) at an incline of 6-10 for 10mins.

I used to wear department store sports bras and they were okay for walking on the treadmill and strength training but when I started playing badminton and running I changed to the Nike Pro sports bras. A bit pricey but worth every cent. I wear a size Medium in medium support and I am 170lbs and 38C regular bra so maybe a L…

For about 6 months I only ran on a treadmill because I liked how easy it was to keep track of my times, speed and distance. I had goals which I would re-evaluate when I met them and would time my 5k's etc. I now run outdoors about 90% of the time simply for convenience but I don't think that makes me any more of a runner…
