I'm totally addicted to peppermint mocha - but I can't stand that skinny one. I get the tall no-whip peppermint mocha, I think it's about 200 calories, but so much better tasting.

What's interesting is I'm pretty sure in the little proactiv book they give you, they say food has nothing to do with it. Dunno if it's just marketing or not.

Know what you mean about the skin thing, and Proactiv is a royal pain in the rear. I'm curious if diet can really change it.

Weight isn't the greatest way to judge how well you are doing. With that much working out, you're probably building muscle, which is heavy. Measurements would be more accurate. Also, once you get to a certain point, it's really more about what you look like than the number on the scale.

If you want to use raw eggs without the worry, you should just get pasteurized eggs. They are perfectly safe, can be found at most larger grocery stores, and can be used raw.

If you have a pressure cooker, you can cook the vegetables in just a few minutes. Won't be quite the same as roasting, but good, and fast.
