I don't like DVD to much either I get distracted easily. I love to walk are you sure you won't go out sunshine is good for the soul!! I also fold my laundry standing up, turn on some music and shake it while I'm doing the dishes I don't have a dishwasher. Any little moment more than what you are doing now will add up!!

So at first he's hateing on the over weight guy doing curls. Seriously just sounds like k e someone who hates everyone horrible article!! What that said I love lifting weights I don't go crazy because I just do it at home so I do whatever I can.

I my kids a napkin then ask them to put it on there plate after there done eating. Nothing like a dirty napkin to gross you out so you so won't eat the food on it!! Also let them get it themselves or put it in. A bowl don't grab it with your hands. Does that make sense lol

I love squats helps butt and thighs!! I m going to do the 30 day squat challenge. Also a kettle bell is really great for whole body toneing. On Youtube there are really great videos for kettle bells and toning work outs!!

I started out with 15 and I've only been doing it for two weeks an its already getting light. I wasn't very strong to begin with.

I just eat fruit in the morning I heard it helps getting your metabolism going after sleeping!! I stay under 300 cals. I like to have a bigger dinner.

I love my elliptical!! I have a manual one that folds up so I move it from room to room depending on where I want to work out. I break a sweat in ten minutes or so... That makes me think that it is working!!
