I hate running to!! You don't have to run, exercise should make you feel happy not sad!! You could do a home workout dvd or join a gym and do strength training. Kettle bells are awesome for at home workouts!!

I do my workout from home for about two months now I have consistently worked out at least 6 days a week. My kids swarm around me when im working out but it doesn't bug me. It all depends if you are going to base your eating habits around what the weight says. Are you going to be dreppressed when it says you have gained half a pound and eat like crap and give up on exercise? That's what I did for three years now I try to avoid the scale for months at a time.

I have the same problem but it is more of my son doesn't have the time to eat his lunch or is talking with friends so doesn't concentrate on lunch. I still drink alcohol about once a month or so. I am still losing inches. I think it is more a matter of weighing yourself right afterword, because you can see a drop in the scale. What's wrong with a bagel? I sometimes eat a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and jelly or cream cheese. I like to make whole wheat chocolate chip muffins one day a week and eat those as breakfast or a snack.

vanilla Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of cocoa and a tsp of honey the honey makes it sweeter. I love snacking on frozen blueberries. A cut up apple dipping in in nutella but you have to make sure you measure your portion I try to only do one tablespoon.

I hate the scale I do so good my cloths are looser, feeling great losing inches all over my body and hop on the scale to a ZERO pound weight loss then go on a binge... the last time I weighed myself was over a month ago, I don't plan to weigh myself anytime soon.

a small snack maybe a fruit or yogurt, cheese. I always think about how good I feel after I work to motivate me I've read that if you workout in the morning then you are more likely to stick to your workout. Good luck!!

Lol I agree my husband put an Oreo cookie to my lips the other day an I just shook my head no!! If I really want something like that I will save cals for it!!
