Usually a little half and half - coffee gets creamier without as much as you need for milk and its subs. If I order a latte, I'll order skim milk. Im on the fence about the syrups - no/lo cal syrups have artificial sweetners which I hate but regular syrups have a lot of calories!

I add sugar and creamer ^_^ I've actually stockpiled the winter creamers right now; I have at least eight bottles of peppermint mocha in my deep freezer.
