    I add a little bit of semi-skimmed milk (I prefer soy, but my family hates it, so I have soy whenever I'm out!) and a sweetener. Sometimes if I'm out I'll get a shot of flavoured syrup, but only as a treat.

    flavored creamers are my faves. or heavy cream and sweetener and cinnamon at starbucks.

    dieting tho, for low cals non fat lattes with the flavored sf syrups hit the tspot.
