  • Depending on the type IV bags you received it hard to say how many calories they gave you. I wouldn't worry about it, just don't hit the ground running, your health comes first, but I' sure all the electrolytes and water with melt off.

  • When you watch those shows, you don't see the editing that takes place. They probably only run for 30 seconds before someone yells cut or something goes wrong in the background. Not everyone out there is same, so we shouldn't be expected to start at same place. Work your way there, then you'll be kicking everyones butt!
