I can drink more with a straw, espacially soda, but I like to drink my water out of bottles. Feels like I accomplish more then using cups.

And the unhealthy meal. BBQ Tri Tip with bbq carrots. Might include 1/2 cup of white rice. I cannot stand brown rice.

I usually drink light beer. 110 calories a can, it is horrible. Good thing since I don't drink as much, I get drunk fast. Before a 12 pack wouldn't even affect me. Now after 2 I am feeling the buzz already.

I was watching a Paula Deen episode the other day, since I was home sick. She was making a cake. Very basic cake with blended strawberryies in the batter. Think oh this is kind of ok. Fruits are high in calories so they should be counted. Most vegitables are lower in calories so they don't make a huge impact, but should still be counted. The only thing I don't count is the 5 calorie stick of gum, maybe 1 or 2 a day.

2 cups of Kellogs Fiber Cinamon Oat Crunch 1 cup of fat free milk. I look foward to that meal every morning. That is a good cereal.

On average I eat 50g of fiber a day. I eat so much fiber now it doesn't affect my like before. When I first started dieting, I thought 20 grams was going to kill me. 50g is a walk in the park. I usually eat a piece of fruit rght when I get up, then I have breakfast(high fiber oatmeal or Fiber Plus Cereal) about 2-3 hours later once I have really woken up. I cannot eat when I first get up. P90 is good. I have it and man is it a workout. I only did it for 2 weeks the first time then quit. I need to start back up since I am on a serious diet now. Have been for 2 months.

Do all the excersises have to be done at once or through the day. Like 2 mile walk at lunch and 10 jumping jacks. Then after dinner 3 mile walk and 30 jumping jacks. Reason I ask is, I have a bad knees and a 5 mile walk at once or a lot of jumping will kill them. If we can break it up throughout the day, I think I can do…
