Eat more insoluble fiber with a lot of water, that always gets me going. I eat about 40g of fiber a day, mostly soluble, and I don't even go everyday.

I have the Polar FT40. It can calculate your resting heart rate, so it can better calculate your calories burned. I have had it a year and like it. It has taught me that myfitnesspal really overestimates calories burned.

I am 3 weeks into P90. I am to much weak and fat for the X. P90 was harder then hell the first week but it gets better and better everyday. Just take it slow and your body will adjust.

Well you have to look at the average size of a Samoan. They are not small people by nature and the planes that fly in and out of there are little puddle jumpers. I am doing P90. X was to hard and I didn't even pass the beginer fitness test. From everyone I know that has done it, it worked out great.

I am looking at the Polar ft40. It is about $120 on amazon. It is suppose to be one the best for an entry level HRM. Calorie counter is suppose to be really good, because it monitors your heart at rest so it can figure it out, somehow.

Isn't Monday the worst way to spend 1/7 of your life. I like my exercise on Mondays. Sunday is a rest day, lazy day, so I can push myself extra hard.

Think of the weekend as a splurdge weekend. It is all ways good to have some days where you just eat. As long as you don't do it everyday, you are fine.

Fight through the pain. Workout still just don't do as much weight/reps. I started P90 last week and I had the same feeling as you all week. I continued on my workouts and did them. The tape don't lie. The scale does, kind of. A scale doesn't show the whole picture. The tape will show you the important thing, if the stomach and hips are getting smaller.

I am a Type 2 on insulin, but not insulin dependate. I can say this being down 30 pounds, my insulin use has gone down dramaticly.

I drink a protein shake about 3 hours before my workout and right after my workout. But if you are only drinking one a day, I would choose after.

Probably won't. Eat some pizza and drink beer. That is my cheat day for the week. My body could probably use the boost of calories. Just not going to go over board like eating a full large pizza.

Are you taking measurements of your body. Muscle weights more then fat, so you could be gaining muscle and losing fat.

Right now I have Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein in Chocolate. Taste pretty good when mixed with milk. Water is ok. Kind of chalky at the bottom but not to bad. Plus it is cheap $14 for 2 pounds at Wal-Mart. I might try the Optimum Nutrition Gold next time. I have been seen a lot of great reviews on it.

I use to be that way. I would eat eat and eat some more. The key is veggies. I would eat an insane amount of veggies at dinner to keep from eating so many calories. I had a 800 calorie dinner last night and I was stuffed. I don't know how you guys can do a 1000+ calories. My portions have got so small over the past 3 months, I cannot take big meals anymore. I even had to cut down on my exercise because I cannot eat the calories.

I did Sculpt 1-2 last night. Man am I sore today. Plus I did a 3 mile walk yesterday averaging 3.6mph, so I am sore all over. I think my walk today will be shorter with a slower pase. Need to stretch my muscles out before P90 Cardio tonight. Come one there has to be more people that want to do this.

Don't mind the ears one. I hate the nose, inside or out. You whole nose turns red and you look like Rudolph for a week or so.
