I DID IT!!! Thanks MFP for Keeping Me Accountable - PICS

So after a long time of feeling insecure and self concious I finally decided to do something about it last year. So rather than go on a Diet I just started to eat clean healthy foods, Like Lean Meats, no sugar, also cut out artificial sweeteners, and all soft drinks.
It came off slow but the point is IT CAME OFF!!!

So here is me before (size 14) and After (Size 8)

But I am not done yet. Now I want to tone and Tighten. So P90X here I come!
