Kind. And probably funny.

Discuss our favorite books from childhood. :)

Hmmm. Probably accept. :)

Okay, that makes sense. Thank you. Some of what I have is probably loose skin and other is merely flabby from being fat still. I do think more of it will go away when I loose the last 20-30, as I have not reached my goal yet. So here's hoping.

Are you pregnant? lol

what do you do in that kitchen :)

I have the same problem, which also made it easier when I was living with my parents, because they simply didn't buy junk food, at least very rarely. But even when I don't my husband sometimes does, and I'm only a short walk from a convenience store. I really do miss the days of having to drive 25 minutes to get to a…

I used to be really, really good with a food routine, the first time I lost all that weight. I think it helped that I lived with 5 other people at the time, though. It's easier to give in to temptation when I'm alone. But I'm definitely going to incorporate the ideas here.

Wow, lots of us, and lots of different businesses! :) it's really encouraging. I like the idea of going out for breakfast. It would also give me at least a 12 minute walk and get me out amongst the "hoomans." However, to do it, I need to make more money. I need to make more money anyway, though, so maybe that can be a…

never too late to join. anyone and everyone welcome. we're just trying to keep accountable and encourage each other to walk more. That's awesome, owlhouse. I used to walk 120 minutes 5-6 days a week, and that's how I lost a TON of weight. Now I'm really struggling with depression and an eating disorder, and trying to work…

thanks for the tips :D

How are we doing. I've got a mere 85 min done so far this week, with a total of 2 days of silly 'added up' walking from various errands. However, it's still something. I'm going for a 'real' walk this afternoon to boost my numbers.

Good points ... is the gore the side of the wire that comes up in the center? I'm not familiar with that term.

[/quote] Hi, I am not acting as an advocate for weight loss medication. No one can or should give medical advice over the internet. With that said, if you do indeed have a Binge eating disorder, and other methods are not working for you. Vyvanse was recently FDA approved for complusion eating. It was used primarily for…

I'll add you as a friend and just keep encouraging everyone to walk and keep track. It's a fairly laid-back group. I'm keeping track of the min I walk aiming for AT LEAST 90 min a week. But you can set any goal you want.
-
Okay, bad night last night and no walking done but today is a new day and I'm going to get some fitness in. How about you?

yes because peanut butter has fiber. also a good source of protein. the eggs probably 'taste' better because they have a different ratio of pb to chocolate. I prefer the larger cups to the miniature cups for the same reason. more pb.

Just keep moving. Do squats... I do them while I brush my teeth. Add a little intensity every time you do something normal--for instance, going up the stairs, walk with your legs as wide as possible. It looks stupid but boy does it work those muscles.

Is it possible to call her and ask, or failing that to call your general doctor?
-
oops, sorry just saw you say the fitness videos bore you
-
Walk-at-home Leslie Sansone free videos on Youtube, lots of squats, walking up and down the staircase a bunch of times, jogging in places...
-
Yes, that is embarrassing. I will admit I've had stuff like that happen before. But as I work at home, I don't have to worry about that as much.
-
adding you both

Exactly! The bending over does my head in ... ugh. I definitely prefer the non-padded ones. I'll shop around next time. I really didn't have the choice last time as I had to shop where my husband works and gets a discount. Maybe if I can save up some money I can use a new one from elsewhere as a reward for losing 10 or 15…

I've done around 100 min so far this week :)

Thanks ladies. It sure is awkward. I wish I had the extra money to spend on some expensive ones right now but I just don't. But I will definitely keep that in mind once business picks up ... Maybe I can use that as a reward for dropping some pounds too. :)
