Can someone help me out on this please. My TDEE is - 2944 My BMR is - 1900 What should be my goal to aim towards in cals a day? Thanks, I know I sounds dumb but I have only been on MFP for a couple of months, I've lost between 8 - 10 lbs but seems to have stalled.

Strangely enough I went into lloyds pharmacy on Saturday and I had lost near half a stone in a month, I went to boots this lunch roughly the same time and gained 4kg and thats after cycling 10 miles a day for 4 days, in fact the Lloyds said 90kg (started 93) and the Boots one said I was 94.. Salter 145 need to be ordered…

I cycle commute about 11 miles a day and struggle to eat back my cals with been healthy, it just doesnt make sense to force food just to make up the numbers.

Sometimes have them, I don't worry about it as I work 24/7 on healthy foods and exercise and as mentioned life is short and best enjoyed. ps after reading that list its making me hungry... hmmm Big Mac...

I can see how you can obsess over MFP and calorie counting, last time I tried with little exercise it wasn’t pleasant and I gave up, life is for living not starving yourself of the things you love, I now enjoy a few beers on the weekend and a wee bit of choc at night and I have learnt about taking everything in moderation…

When cycling into work I usually have a bowl of Special K with milk which is roughly 187c, pretty bland but you can always add fruit or have with yoghurt.
