Perhaps open your diary, so people can look to see where you might have been going wrong. Or at least to point you in the right direction. Its a bit hard to say, when we cant see what you have been eating.

Sorry to say this, but one day on carbs will bring you out of ketosis. Well, it did for me anyway. Have you got some test strips to check? You might be one of the lucky ones, where your body goes back to fat burning mode, after a day or two back on Atkins. Were you on induction when you had a little slip diet wise?

Im on day 4 of induction, and MFP says I go over my limit of calories too. Im just going to ignore the calorie part, and see if I lose any weight. I only really use MFP to make sure I don't go over 20g carbs per day.

This is my second day doing atkins, and for the past two days I have been over the limit on calories per day set by MFP. But still under 20g of carbs. I hope I am not doing more damage than good.
