Yes x 3. StepMill x 45 min. My youngest wanted to learn how to use the machines at the gym, but not from me! We had a trainer show him, so I did the StepMill and stayed out of the weights area during his appt. ๐คฃ

Yes x 3. Walked 50 min in the morning and glad I did. Had planned to walk more in the hour between dropping my son at soccer game and game time. No luck. He forgot his soccer socks. He is 17 and has played his whole life and knows better! So yeah, he paid for the new ones that I drove around in an unfamiliar town to find.โฆ

OMG, my face is huge in that pic. Well anyway, we had a gorgeous view of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It just takes an hour to an hour an a half to the ski resorts depending on which one we go to. Then, right back to much warmer sea level life for me. 1/10/18 Yes x 3

Hello to all you winners!! Yes x 3 I was still a little sore from all that skiing yesterday but got in upper body weights and core for about 40 min and then moderate bike for 30 min. Felt good. I walk a fine line between measuring my food to count the calories/nutrients, and not being too obsessive about it. I donโt have aโฆ
