Mine says 135.....and for the first time in years, it's actually true!!! I need to renew mine this week, so happy that I can be truthful this time! haha!

It's telling you that based on the calories you're eating. You probably need to bump up your calories in order to not keep losing! :)

I've lost 42 pounds. Started in October and have been in maintenance for the past few months. I don't eat 100% clean but I don't eat crap all day either! I work out about an hour a day, six days a week. I do a mixture of cardio and weights and usually a walk once a week. The only thing I've cut out completely is alcohol! A…

I strongly recommend getting a Fitbit! You wear it all day and it gives you you're daily burn ( TDEE). I LOVE it! Wear it for a few weeks and average it out to get a good idea of your TDEE!
-
I was so determined to find out my TDEE that I bought a Fitbit when I got close to maintenance. I LOVE it! You wear it all day. Not everyday is exactly the same so just wear it for a few weeks and average it out. I highly recommend it! :)

Jily, this is so weird that you posted this. I've been having the same problem for awhile now! I was thinking of having my blood pressure checked as I struggled with high blood pressure for awhile last year before I kicked my butt into gear! Since we're buds, I know that my calories are 1.5x what yours are AND my sodium is…

Mine was very similar. I was induced but nothing was happening. I was almost going to be sent home, which I did not want! All of a sudden my water broke and shortly after, all the 'fun" began. I said..." UGh. I changed my mind. I don't want to do this right now..." wahhhh!

I'm in my 40's now and for me it's about getting healthy and ....I won't lie...looking better! My Dad has stayed active and it shows! He played 9 games of softball recently....weekend tournament. He's 65 and is doing AWESOME! My husband's Dad however, has not taken care of himself and drank a lot until 5 years ago.…

This angers and saddens me beyond belief!!!! I wish I was there when this happened!:explode: Too top things off, more than likely this little boy was newly diagnosed, so this Mommy's nerves were raw. :brokenheart: I am a Mom of a 17 year old with autism and I also work with preschoolers with autism. This sickens me to…

RELAX!!!! 10 Cheetos will NOT undo your progress! Please don't jump on the scale either. I fluctuate a few pounds and it's normal. I think it's a problem with a lot of people, they see a fluctuation and freak out and give up. Take a deep breath and move on. No worries! I've had a little,e not so healthy treats all along…
