Special needs mommy's :)
I thought it would be nice to find a group of ladies that have special needs kids. I have son who has high functioning autism, he is 16. I also work in my school district as a paraeducator (teachers aide) in a self contained classroom.

I can't eat enough calories!
Sorry if I offend anyone but I keep seeing this over and over. Obviously any one of us could eat many more calories than you should, otherwise we wouldn't be here!

Polar HRM Help!!!
I've totally messed up the weight on my polar hrm. I was tryint to make it go down...instead when I push set it keeps going UP! Grrr....now it's up to 100 pounds more than what I actually weigh. Any help would be much appreciated! I've already looked at the user manual....

For those of you with an HRM....how high does your heart rate get during exercise? Mine gets really high sometimes. Like today it got to 183 at one point and it's not like I'm gasping for air or anything. I'm female and 40

Every time I try and run my shin bones hurt so bad like they are going to snap! It's not the muscles, it feels like the bones. It does this even if I try to run just a little.
