So, I've been on here for a quite awhile. I lost some and gained some back then just didn't care for awhile. I've been at it since the 3rd week or January this year and I'm feeling so good. I've been eating well-most of the time and exercisng 5 days a week. I've recently started adding some weight training and I'm hoping to get to my goal weight by summer.
