Spiteful On their phone during deep conversations No emotional intelligence Only takes and never gives

I was also active here around that time, but under a different name I cannot recall now. Skinnyjeanz and I are still friends on here and she's still active and logging. I hate the community component of the app, which is why I am guessing lots of people gave up as smart phones took over (oh that sounds weird to say). Its…

@trinati2001 are your kids picky eaters? My dude is 15 months old so he's finally getting the hang of being a human and I'm struggling with ease vs healthy foods.

Back after gain (unfortunately). Working my way back down the scale from a 80 lb gain, down 20lb currently. 60 more to go just to get back to start and then still another 20-30 for gw. So over food. Can I just have a pill that gives me all nutrients? I am exhausted from the yoyoing both in size and emotions.

I love this! When I first started my weight loss it was to fit into the seats on the roller coasters at amusement parks.

I want to be the hot chick at a bar who scores the free drinks (legit has never happened for me). And I want my exs and the jerks I went to school with to be jealous if I ever see them again.

It takes time and dedication but you can do it!!

Great job! Your face has totally changed shape. Keep up the great work.

Thank you! It will be 6 years in August. It took about 6 months to drop the first 80 or 90 lbs, then another year to get down to about 170. I've been fighting that 10lbs ever since. I started lifting for muscle mass more seriously again in July 2018.

5'9 and down almost 130lbs. Feel free to friend. I'm almost to my 2100 day streak.

Food is too darn tasty. I emotionally eat, but I find that anymore it's so easy to overindulge. I find I'm not in a place financially to afford things like vacations or outings so instead I give myself cheap food rewards. It's not as big an issue anymore, but I find that's more the reason than stress and emotions lately.

Wonderful job!

Thanks! I'm super insecure about my arms so that's awesome to hear!

How did you lose the weight? And when I answer with diet and exercise they look so disappointed like I didn't have a magical solution.

It's so easy to overeat and so hard to stop once you're indulging. Try to focus on a single task instead? Drink a glass of water. Wait 20 minutes and see if it passes?

I meal prep a lot so I can stick to a plan. I also tend to keep my hands busy so I don't eat instead.

I lost mine 5 years ago and my skin is still loose. It's something you'll just have to see what happens. 5 years in I am planning to have mine removed, bit others don't mind and live with it. It's different for everyone.

I'm coming up on 5 years of keeping off my 100+ lb loss. It's definitely possible.

Posting here for support. Falling back into my binge-eating habits slowly for the last 6 months, and I know it's wrong but right now I'm too weak to stop myself. Full on admitting it. Haven't exercised in a while due to surgery, but I also feel like poo because of the binging. My fiance supports my eating but he's at a…

In my experience it's either going to happen or its not. If you lift weights in addition to calorie blasting cardio "they" say your skin should shrink back better. Mine has shrunk a little, but I still have a lot of fat keeping it from shrinking further. Slow and steady weight loss will help too-- dropping it all quickly…
