Thank you! It will be 6 years in August.
It took about 6 months to drop the first 80 or 90 lbs, then another year to get down to about 170. I've been fighting that 10lbs ever since. I started lifting for muscle mass more seriously again in July 2018.3 -

I hope you don't mind my question - but where were your parents / family / teachers when you went through hell during your school years? Your story sounds so familiar....3 -
I have the opposite "problem" than most. I was a twig my entire life. Had a bad heart growing up which couldn't take much strain. I had open heart surgery about 10 years ago and been hitting the gym every day. In my 40s now but never felt better. The picture on the left is a month after my surgery.

Strong and super toned - they look fab ! I personaly think the upper arm is really hard to get into a good place after huge weight loss, so its extra impressive !5 -
