Gluten free princess here! Never was officially diagnosed with anything, but after years of headaches, stomach pain and my body just generally being angry at me, I gave up the gluten & have been so much healthier & happier since! Almost 1 year out & doin' good. Feel free to send requests : -)

I'd love to be your friend, I'm constantly on & off the bandwagon, and recently had surgery which led to me gaining back 8 lbs. :( But, constantly logging in for 400+ days to check up on friends, and be a cheerleader! We got this girl.

well, i've been attempting to try everything there, seeing as i work there & usually get super bored of the sandwiches. but, my top favourites are the roasted chicken on flatbread, ham on white or steak if i've got the calories for it~

My plan: - stay away from the cookies at work. they're mean. - keep on chugging down the water! - start 30DS,yoga or find a zumba class and STICK WITH IT. -working on my arms, getting rid of the flibbly flab! good luck everybody, we can all do this! feel free to add me, always looking for support!!

It works great for my migraines! Weight loss..not so much. Gives me tinglies in my toes too. :| I would re-evaluate your decision.
