  • I think I've torn something in my left knee! Help!! I don't want to stop the 30DS when I've worked so hard to stay motivated and do the workout every day!! Anyone else know what to do about the knee issue??

  • Some arm definition with no extra training but I am making it through all the push ups now. Whew!! Now to tackle those bicycle sit-ups!! OUCH!
  • D5L1...Scales went back down 1 lb. Made it all the way through pushups (Yay, me!) But left knee feels like ligament or tendon is loose. Can't put any pressure on it without extreme pain. I'm modifying lunges, squats and jumping jacks to take the pressure off. Any other suggestions??

  • I am on Day 6 and have gained 4lbs. I lost 1/2 inch from hips and waist but that's not much consolation. I can't figure out what's going on!! Any advice would be welcome!

  • I found the workout on itunes so I can take it with me on my iPad and iPhone!!! How convenient. $8.99 for the download but hoping it will keep me motivated knowing I have access to the workout anytime!!!

  • I did Day 1,2,3 of 30DS and walked 4 miles yesterday. Sore as all get-out and knees hurting. Diet is about the same but biggest problem is that scales were UP 3 lbs. this morning! What gives????? I will do Day 4 and 5 today to get caught up with the group!!

  • Sore deltoids and calves. Workout was harder than expected, (I'm obviously out of shape) but felt great when done. Trying to figure out how I can get loose enough to do Day 2.
  • OK...Day 1 Level 1 yesterday and my calves and upper arms are killing me. Sounds like this is norma; but how do I get loose enough to do Day 2?? Yikes!!

  • I started this morning. Still don't have my measurements, need a tape. Workout felt great and was harder than expected but not impossible. I like that it is only 27 min. Anyone know how many calories it burns or how to log it in the exercise diary????
  • Thanks!! If you can do it at 5 a.m. with 4 little ones, I have no excuse not to get up and do it at 6:00. I only have one teenager left at home!!! I'm just not a morning person...
  • I'm starting on the 1st. Got my DVD from Target yesterday, $10. Will post measurements tomorrow too. Anyone have suggestions for the best time to do this workout?? Work schedule 8:30-5:30 M-F with 1 hour lunch makes it hard!!! ;-( Looking forward to being "shred" in 30 days!!!
