it sounds like you were on tetracycline... that is one that I know stains..... Unfortunately I don't know if it can be gotten rid of.... My only suggestion would be to talk to a laser whitening place and see if that would work... good luck

Three things. Agree with breaking the snack habit and find an alternative activity. If your going to snack... try popcorn .; Also...
