Hi my name is Amy, and I'm 24 almost 25 years old. I've been struggling this past year trying to lose the dreaded "baby weight". My daughter is now 17 months old and I just want to get rid of the last 10-15 lbs. It's not always easy to find time to exercise and somedays it's easier to just eat something quick rather than something healthy! So here is my first step to trying to change my life, not only for myself but for my daughter! :)
