  • 28 weeks and in the third trimester! I've gained about 11 pounds, which isn't too bad. But I have a hard time seeing the scale go up after seeing it go down significantly the year before. I am eating fairly well and certainly not restricting, and am fine with gaining baby weight, but it is harder to accept than I thought…
  • 15 weeks tomorrow - no weight gain yet, in fact, I have lost 3-4 lbs since pre-pregnancy. I am not concerned (and neither is my midwife) as I am eating A LOT! Trying to stick with healthy foods but just want carbs and dairy!

  • My stylist also told me you can just put a tablespoon or so of baking soda in your normal shampoo and mix it up, and it will protect your hair from the chlorine. I haven't tried this yet though.
  • Not quite halfway for me. The main difference is that I find myself feeling much more clear-headed and able to concentrate more at work. I am participating in a workplace weight loss challenge and so have to weigh myself every Friday, and I found I lost 5 pounds last week. The inches seem to be falling quicker as well. My…
  • Read through the ISWF book yesterday and found this group. I will be officially starting Whole30 Sept 8 because of an event on the 7th I just can't pass up, but will start eating according to the plan today.
