Chi Seed pudding reminds me of Tapioca pudding . . . which I LOVE!!! I used whole milk with dark chocolate cocoa powder and made a wonderful decadent dark choco pudding. YUMMY!!

I like Tuna with mashed avocado vs mayo. Then I also add some pickle relish and salt. You can add cherry/grape tomatoes or tomato wedges.

I am new here and looking for the same thing . . . what others are eating, how much and their weight/inches lost because of the way they eat. Especially if you are my age . . . I'll be 60 in July. AND, I'll share mine if you share yours.
-
I'll bet your food at home tastes better too!
-
I actually spend more money when my husband is with me cuz I know he can see what I'm spending . . . if he doesn't complain then I buy. If I'm alone, I watch the numbers more.

Nancy - I haven't finished reading all the posts, so someone may have already done this. I just did some math and here's what I calculated: $170.00 / 7 days / 3 people/ 6 meals = $1.35 per meal per person. That's really not bad!! It like I said in my reply in the other thread . . . look at the price per meal and it doesn't…

Mine is a jacket my daughter bought me 2 Christmas's ago. They had come to visit me after I had lost about 20 lbs. When she went back home and started her Xmas shopping, she found this jacket that thought I would look so good in. However, it was a size 8 and I was still in 12's. She was so shocked that it didn't fit me . .…

Here is a tip about the cost of meat . . . I used to look at the "per pound price" but, I would freak out at how high that was. Now I look at the total price and see how much per serving that is. For example: if I buy a 16 oz steak for say, $7.00 (making up prices here :( ), instead of looking at it as $7.00 per pound, I…

MollyK - your second idea sound delish! I'll have to try that. Thanks to the rest of you too. I kind of figured that's how they'd be cooked . . . however, didn't think about cutting them in half. I'll have to remember that.

Thanks! And, yes I CAN do this!!

Thanks Christie! Hubby loves hot sauce on most of his food too! Me . . . not so much! Yea - those sauces are kind of hard to record aren't they? I also hated them as a kid and can tolerate them as an adult. Just trying to get a variety of vegis into our diet and try some new things. Thanks again!

I'm new to MFP and I'm looking for men/women my age that can inspire me, keep me motivated and to know the struggles I'm having with some issues in life. I will be 50 this year . . . ! Not that I don't want to hear from the 'youngins' too, it's just that someone my age can understand more of what I'm going thru…

I'm new and didn't read all of the posts here but, this is what I do: Dip thick pork chops in buttermilk or Lt. Ranch salad dressing. Then dip in seasoned bread crumbs. Add some salt & pepper if you'd like. Then I put a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a hot pan and fry them up. They end up really juicy with lots of…
