I know what you mean! I went to the doctor a week ago for my yearly check up. I go exactly 1 year and 1 day after my last one. This appointment I weighed 197 - I asked her what I weighed last year and it was 236. So 39lbs in one year - that's less than a pound a week! I did make a mental goal to be down to 135 by my next…

"You look so good NOW." That really bugs me.. and kinda hurts my feelings! Or one time I was told "Wow, you clean up well." Not really phrases exactly, but sentences I've heard that piss me off! And I LOVE french toast with ketchup on it. Mmm. My whole family eats french toast this way!

It gets better if you keep going back to it. There's this class at Gold's Gym that I was dreading every week called Butts and Guts. It kicks my butt for sure! It involves a ton of lunges and squats, and I used to be sore for the entire week after the hour long class. But now I'm only a little sore for the next day or two.…

I do! I've lost 35lbs since February (a lot slower than I wanted!) and I want to lose 67lbs more! Hopefully by June.. if that's healthy/realistic. I might need to lengthen the time frame, but ultimately, I am determined to lose 67 more pounds.
