I started the Dukan diet last Thursday. I have been watching my calories, too. Although, I'm worried I'm not getting enough calories. Good thing is that I really am not hungry & have no sugar cravings. So far I've lost 5.5 lbs. I don't feel bad or anything either. We'll see...

I add one egg, 2 tbls greek yogurt, 2 pkts. splenda, cinnamon, & vanilla extract...It's pretty good....even hubby liked it & he is so picky :P I read somewhere that people add unsweetened cocoa powder to make a chocolate one....I haven't tried it, though....

Just did ;)...I started Dukan today. So far, so good...I get really bad cravings around 3-5 pm. Today I did get a little antsy at that time & ate a greek yogurt and a hard boiled egg...I feel great. Just came back from a 20 minute walk with my family.

Hi....I just recently started using MFP as well. I downloaded it on my phone back in December, but just recently discovered all the other resources it has. I am loving. I need all the motivation I can get.

This is the story of my life.... The only time I've been able to control my binges is when I eat lower carb, ever since I started counting calories I've been binging like crazy...I hate it. I feel so sad afterwards. I'm glad I am not the only one, though. Thank you for posting
