Once a month, only because women's weight fluctuates TOO DARN MUCH! lol so i do it once a month to remain sane! lol

choose healthier foods, that you can eat more(like cucumbers, carrots...they have very little carrots so you can eat your little heart out)!! also i found that for me eating nuts in the morning curb my appetite for the day and i actually want to eat less. weird huh. and trust me wen i say...I USED TO HAVE A PROBLEM…

im 5'8" and i cant imagine myself at tha recommended "healthy" BMI weight of 140, my weight in my profile pic was 190 (my highest), i think i carry my weight very well. My ideal weight is 160-165... i like my "jelly" jus want it tightened up lol

i think its all about how your body distributes the weight, my BMI says im "overweight", 4% from being "obese" but i dont think i look it! regardless, i think you look GREAT

this is why i try to only weigh myself once a month...because the scale will drive you crazy!!! as long as I feel good i'm content. but im sure in your case its bloating/water retention

dont beat yourself up over it at all!! jus try not to make it a habit, thats wat i do!

if you want to eat something its okay, i would recommend something that would give you energy... such as fresh fruit...these are filled with "good" sugars that'll help you threw your work out... but mainly avoid bad heavy foods like bagals, breakfast muffins etc. oh and what ever you do choose, DONT EAT TO GET FULL.…
