This. I'm not saying your sister was trying to be mean. At all. But weight loss brings out weird things in people. Sometimes people can act that way even when they don't know they are. I've been surprised by some of my friends' reactions.

I don't think it's a necessity. It's just my preference. I like having numbers. I like doing the same workouts and pushing for a higher burn. I like trying to push my heart rate high. And I like noticing when I'm in my range.

On the Polar FT4, press the button on the right to go to general settings and then training settings. Select it. Training sounds comes up. Toggle it to off! :)

I use Stevia. Some people use Splenda or Equal, but I try to avoid sucralose and aspartame as much as I can because there's some information about them being less healthy/having to do with cancer. You can DO IT girl. I have had several days where I feel that way. Just put on your workout clothes and press play. It's only 38 minutes, and you will feel SO MCUH BETTER afterwards!! You will only regret it if you skip it. Stick to the calendar, even if you half-*kitten* the workout. I believe in you!!

Congratulations! I have noticed a lot of changes in my endurance! Like my heart rate doesn't spike as much and I can do a lot more of the exercises. I've lost about 13 pounds in the almost 4 weeks that I've done it. I haven't done measurements though. What about you?

It's a Beachbody workout program. Basically, it's several really intense workouts with little breaks in between. You can look on the beachbody website if you want to see exactly. It's hard!
