Jeepers that's a great pace! I'm one of the last waves, my 5k time is around 42 mins and I did a 10k race a few months ago, but haven't really been training... You'll probably have finished and had lunch by the time I get in lol

a sandwich or a salad? You could even include barley, rice. noodles, quinoa etc for the carbs and to fill you up. I also find that using olives and a low fat fetta/ cottage cheese will help to keep you full with a salad too. Or I'll sometimes have a light lunch with a tin of tuna and some Vitaweets and an apple...

Day 3: 60 squats - DONE! still body weight cos I only have little 1.5kg hand weights at home and I've been doing these at home... maybe instead of using weight I could do jump-squats, 60 of them would really be a challenge.. Ok decision made. Jump squats it is from here on in - wish me luck!!
