I've gained 4kg with increased calories and lifting weights, and look skinnier than I did before- but my cms are the same and got my bum back. Best thing I ever did.

Hey, thought I'd post in here too, think I'm into my third week of stronglifts, noticing changes already. Squats are improving well, however my overhead press is not really progressing past 44lbs. Any tips for this? Loving the squats though!

oh definately nutrition is a huge factor! trying really hard to eat surplus calories, i do a lot of walking with work so it makes it even harder. thanks for all the tips and advice, trying to gain muscle and strength more than anything and always had a good appetitte.

I get tired of converting as well, I normally google it and use an online converter! I've tried converting in my head though to develop that skill haha

Mmm not more pressure to loose weight or anything, more or less get told we carry it better... I've always wanted to be short to look amazing in high heels. I love high heels.

I used to jog on the spot but now I jump- jump in circles, on the spoit, move my hips a bit more now I'm more comfortable- jumping is great for me as I play lots of team sports (netball and basketball) At our curves we have cardio wednesdays where they do full on cardio moves- it looks intense, they do jumping jacks and…

I'm currently on muscle size and strength- which is good, keeps me challenged- but just for that extra oomph I think I'll go endurance in Feb then back to muscle size and strength. Thank you!

Nah its not a new thing- when you get the smart card you can choose between fit n trim, muscle building or endurance, was just wondering if anyone had tried it :)

First broken bone at 23 years, middle bone in right pointer finger. Cant work for two weeks (nurse) lol, slammed my finger into a players leg. Purple from top to bottom. Multiple sprains, strains, blisters and bruises from netball.
