Well, yes James, that's when you do the 'exhaustion test', but your fifth rep is the max amount of pushups you can do. That's what I'm asking for... Whatever day you do the most. Get it?

good lord no! read the challenge at http://hundredpushups.com/index.html. it's a progression. at the end of the 6 weeks you'll be able to do 100 consecutively.

I was doing the shred a year ago w/ 7lb weights, religiously... Stopped for a good six months, and when I tried it again, I kept pulling muscles. So yesterday I did it w/o any weights, and I'm feeling great today. I figure I'll 'take it easy' for the first few weeks, then put the weights back into it. Try following the gal…
