It really depends- probably goes up on the weekend. I spend about $40 for myself per week in groceries and per day probably like $5.

:) I love breakfast! Right now I eat 1 cup of greek yogurt or low-fat vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup of KIND granola (yummy!) on work days. I started logging my calories a few weeks before I really started limiting my caloric intake and exercising regularly... On days that I thought I was 'holding back', I was eating 3,000-4,000 calories a day.
