ok your BMR is what your body needs to fuel your internal activities while at rest. your daily goal is set depending on your activities level specified and how many lbs you want to lose per week by MFP. so as long as you set your activity level accurately and eat close to your daily goal you should lose the amount you want…

I am using jillian michaels 30 day shred... I adapt some of the exercises to include heavier weights, but I bhave found it great for toning as I lose weight. i have only been doing it for a little over a week ( 20min workout everyday) and I also use it as an additional workout to my normal 30 min cardio/resisitance program.

just completed day four,beginning to get a little easier. have begun to use handweights during punches and some other minor adaptations for a little bit extra calorie burn....bet i feel it in the morning though!!

it will be of benefit to toning up and losing inches, depending on your fitness levels and if you need to adapt some of the exercises. I have been using it with increased weights for most of the exercises. and i mostly use it as an add on to my daily work-out.

Wow...alot of peeps doing this DVD....so i thought i would give it a go....ive just completed day 2 of level one...its great...gets your heart rate up, helps you tone up..i use it as an extra session that i can do at home. good luck everyone!
