Wow, we will really miss Luke. Sorry to see him leave completely. I understand being sooo busy that keeping up with this is very hard. He was a great part of this group and became a terrific motivator on MFP. We will go on and rely on those who still are reaching our goals. Sad day though..

Little yo-yo here. I did make some changes with less snacking on cashews. Butt, the scale said "not enough" keep trying ! Up 1 pound to - 250.6

I really like my Total Gym. I have started it this year and am replacing all of my other free weight equipment. Hi, I also do a Total Gym workout. I use the circuit training entry in the cardio section. I do my gym as steady as possible and it really is circuit training for me.
