Todd - I've been where you're at now... did WW 5 years ago, lost over 100 pounds, but put most of it back on... have been doing MFP for 14 months now, and have lost 80 pounds... now I need to keep it off. Please feel free to friend me... we can go through this journey together. Marc

Stephanie (and others) - Please feel free to add me as a MFP friend. I have been doing MFP for just over a year now, and lost 80 pounds! One of the many benefits of MFP is knowing there are others going through the same challenges as you are, and it's great that we have a place where we can encourage and support one…

I have signed up to walk a half-marathon in February. I have lost 75 pounds since starting MFP in late Dec. 2011, and have another 10 lbs. to go. I'm using the half-marathon as my next goal to achieve, and to celebrate my weight loss success. I'll start my 14-week training for the half-marathon on Monday. Please feel free…

You can fit TWO of you into those 24's... GREAT JOB!!! You have to keep those 24's to remind yourself of just how far you have come!

I switched to Oroweat Sandwich Rounds (100 calories) for my sandwiches, and have recently started eating Thomas Bagel Thins (110 calories). Both are very tasty, and work very well with the diet.

Be patient... remember that this will be an endurance race, not a sprint... you didn't put the weight on overnight, you're not going to take the weight off overnight... you're going to enjoy the journey, because you're going to LOVE the RESULTS!!!

I lost 115 pounds (from 305 to 190) back in 2007... I did Weight Watchers with some exercise (mostly walking). I then put about 70 pounds back on (got laid off from my job, didn't deal well with the stress of being out of work for 16 months, and basically making excuses for not watching what I was eating). I started doing…
