Drink twice as much water as you are at the moment. I know it sounds stupid but I retain less water when I drink more and my weight goes down quicker. Don't get discouraged - just think how much worse off you would be if you didn't make any effort :flowerforyou:

One of my ex-coworkers used to moan about not being given any responsibility but when they did they mucked it up and I had to clear the debris after them. They never acknowledged they mucked things up!

Yup, I eat more or less the same thing of breakfast every day and also lunch is a switch between 2 or 3 different things.
