  • Congratulations! I have four boys as well, and my starting weight is about the same as yours, I hope I am able to do as awesome as a job as you have!
  • Wow, what a comparison! You look fantastic! May I ask how long it has taken you?
  • Good job, it is sooooo mental! I am on week four and at the end of the second 5 minutes I was thinking to myself I could have gone longer!
  • Hmmmm, if my brother or dad worked for UPS I would have thought you were talking about them! But no, they are a little south of Booneville anyway. I do know what you mean though, I went to college in Warrensburg and while I loved my experiance, the way some people talk always would throw me for a loop. It was like a…
  • Well, I can't remember the last time I wore a belt, so I guess I will need to go shopping for one!
  • Yeah! Congratulations. I cannot wait till I am there! On week 4 right now.
  • I was also going to say if you take the pill you can skip the last week of the placebo pills and start a new pack so that you can skip the period.
  • Totally depends on what size you are in and the brand. Larger sizes (plus sizes) allow for more weight, where smaller sizes are usually a 5-10. *edited to add* I have only dropped one size as well, and I have lost 25 since Starting MPF, but around 14 before, so that is 39 lbs as well and still only gone down the one size.
  • My youngest was sick today so I had to skip zumba at the Y this morning, but luckily my DH was home in time for me to go to the evening class! I did allot of cleaning today, kitchen and bathrooms and dining rooms. We are getting ready to get new countertops in the kitchen and DH seems to think I can do the tile backsplash,…
  • Wow, you are doing a fantastic job!!
  • I think it has to leg/stride length. I am 5'6" but have very short legs (can wear petites on the bottom) and 4.5 is also a slow jog for me. Right now I am doing couch to 5k and I enter it as 4.0 or 4.5 depending on my average and just adjust the calories to match my heart rate monitor. My walking intervals are around 3.5-…
  • I have been working out M,T,W,Th,F in the mornings after the three older ones go to school. I go to the YMCA and they have childcare for my youngest. I have been doing couch to 5k on M,W,F and zumba on Tues, and Thurs. Seems like now that I am going to the gym, my house is falling by the wayside. By the time I return and…
  • Hey there, SAHM to 4 boys in AL. Oldest turns 9 this month, twin 7 year olds, and a 22 month old. I had planned to go back to work when the twins started school, and found out a week after they started that I was pregnant! We were under a tornado warning on Friday, but only got rain and wind. Lots of twin mommies here!
  • Great job!! And BTW, you are super pretty!
  • If someone were to ask me what I thought they weighed I would guess on the low side. I think it would be very insulting to possibly guess too high.
  • My fav is Boom Boom by Kumbia Kings. routine is similar to this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OROF7EuRBVk
  • Wow, you look fantastic!! I can't believe 35 pounds can make such a dramatic difference!!!
  • You are doing fantastic! Thank you for sharing!
  • I seriously doubt that mine will go away. I have had three pregnancies, two c-sections, one set of twins. My poor stomach is never going to be the same. From what I have read, you are supposed to give your skin two years after weight loss. My DH and I have always said if I can maintain for one year I can get a tummy tuck.…
  • I have a couple of things to add that "might" help. Talk to your husband about budgeting food expenses. Maybe if those "treats" monies were to be used somewhere else (like for something he is wanting) he would be less likely to do it so often. I have to say I was very guilty of going through the drive through. We did not…
  • I look at the thrift stores all the time but never find anything that is anywhere near stylish in my size. The only things I have bought so far are a couple work out bottoms. I will need some new stuff pretty quickly though, so I will be trying to find as much on sale as possible, and will not buy much. The biggest problem…
  • I think the larger the size the more "room" you have in them, and also the brand. I was in 18's from my highest of 228, until about 202 or so. My favorite 16's are Gap, and today I noticed they are a bit loose on me and I am 194. I went to the Gap's website to look up their measurements and it looks like my hips might fit…
  • Awesome!!
  • Yeah!! Can't wait for that myself!
