    The first one is at 275 or larger im not completely sure.
    but the bottom one is at 225
    I have about 50 more pounds to go but im not sure If ill look too skinny if I lose 50 more pounds. But I just wanted to have my first before and after post :)

    i'm 5'9" as well... i started at about 270... currently 194.
    i think your goal being 175 will probably be perfect.
    my first goal is 180 but i have a feeling i'll want to go a bit lower once i get there.
