Can someone tell me how to post pictures?? I want to post before and after pictures but its not working :/

    The first one is at 275 or larger im not completely sure.
    but the bottom one is at 225
    I have about 50 more pounds to go but im not sure If ill look too skinny if I lose 50 more pounds. But I just wanted to have my first before and after post :)

    thats great...I started at 225 im 208 pounds now..i have a while to go ..i wanna be at 170 thats my first goal.
