My job can vary day to day, either sat behind a desk all day or walking up and down a 50 metre swimming pool for the day, so I have my activity set a sedintary and only log actual exercise done eg going for a walk at night, going the gym or using my exercise bike. :)

I would wait and see what you get this week. In the past I have lost 3lb one week and then 1lb the next but then on the 3rd Ive gone back to 3lb again, so my weight lose averaged over 2 weeks would be 2lb per week which is good. I have only really been using this app seriously for 2 weeks and I have lost 7lb in that time. I stick to my cals 1200 a day and I try and burn at least 250 cals a day but I don't eat them back. I am not a big carb eater but when I cut them totally out I get really bad headaches and am no good, try and just maintain them at a low level and see how you go.

I am not a big carb person but I find the same with chocolate. I a really bad with chocolate and I have to stay away from it as once I start there is no end it is like someone has opened the flood gates.

Are you eating your full calorie allowance? Sometimes not eating all of your cals can hold you back :)

Don't be silly things can be confusing, I would keep your food at 1800 not your net thats the way I do it

I am not sure on the net front, as I don't look at that I simply eat my calories that I am allowed and then my exercise is a bonus, I would say you need to be eating your 1800 cals a day otherwise your body is going to have enough fuel and therefore could impact your weight loss, don't know if I have confused you more, soz…
