I'm down 13 pounds, counting calories with the app and then i have a body media fit, it records calories burnt, sleep time, steps and activity....

I am eating 1200 cals a day and then trying to burn 2200 calories.....

that should be 2 pounds a week.....is this really going to work...? anyone do this?

Im 5'6 and now 169 pounds....

I've only been at this 3-4 weeks, but it seems that if you track everything and stay within your numbers, it works! I didn't even think I was doing anything major, and had a lot of overage days, and I have lost 8 pounds! I hear it gets harder and slower from here on in, but it was pretty amazing! I have never really tracked before, but now I am hooked. I guess if you don't see results, mess with your numbers until you do.

I have only really been using this app seriously for 2 weeks and I have lost 7lb in that time. I stick to my cals 1200 a day and I try and burn at least 250 cals a day but I don't eat them back.
Over the last week have been off work and done loads of exercise but now back to reality of about 250 a day.

Keep up the good work
