35 need to lose 80 lb by 2014

I'm new here and would like to say hello to everyone. I'm 5'8.5" and I'm diabetic. I also have PCOS, so I carry most of my weight around my midsection. I'm already doing Zumba, but I haven't committed to doing as much as I need to to really make changes. I've lost 22 lbs since April by changing my diet, but I need to kick it up a notch. I intend to increase my class attendance to 5 times a week. Next month, I plan to get a personal trainer. I'm treating today as day one. Here I go...
