I have the same problem! I asked the same question and a friend told me to up my protein. So I grilled up some extra chicken and have been eating that instead of my usual chocolate and chips ;). This is the first month I have tried it, and so far so good. Good luck!

39 minutes of Insanity! I came home from work, grabbed my daughter and headed to the basement immediately. When I get home I have to get to exercise or the nightly needs of everyone stop me from taking care of me ;)

Got home from work to find we had no power. Ended up lighting candles, playing the radio, dancing with the kids. We only did this for about 20 minutes....so now I owe myself 10 minutes this month:)
