Sounds like you might need more calories for sure and working out 3X a day, WOW I think you are going to do well in your weight loss but give yourself a little slack and make your weight loss program more of a life style change then an exercise and low calorie diet or you might set yourself up for failure.

I take the MEGA RED omega 3 pills, It is a small pill and you only take one pill in lieu of 3. I got it at the pharmacy. It costs a little more BUT I like to be able to fill my pill box for the week and it doesn't take much room. I never have an aftertaste.

Congratulations on the great losses. wow after looking at all the successes you girls have had, I just might become a diet coke fan too!!! LOL I don't care much for water but I like to add about 2 oz. of promagrate juice to a tall glass of water and it makes it so much better. Plus I think the juice is good for you.

I don't like to ride them anymore because I feel like the overhead restrait doesn't come down enough over my chest. So I know what you mean. Just use it for motivation, as you said, and know that next time you will be comfortable getting on that ride.
