Awesome idea!!! It really does keep you motivated to have a goal like that. Last month a few of us added up our miles and collectively biked/ran from New York to Myrtle Beach!

Finally feeling better! Haven't been that sick in a long, long time. Slow start back tonight but still a start. Looks like everyone is doing great! Happy Family Day Weekend to all!

10 Miles on the bike this morning. Going to have to pick up the pace and do some extra miles tonight and for the next few days to get back on track with my goals. Everyone is doing so well this month it is great to see everyone's progress!
