I'm 5'5" with a 6.5" bony wrist. My goal weight is 150 lbs. My sister has pretty much the same frame as me except the hips. She weighs between 130-140, and people commented on how sickly and skinny she looks. I've never been anything but over 200 lbs since puberty, so I'm not sure how I'll look (or feel) at 150.

The only time I wear deodorant is when I go out in the heat, then I use a little Degree Ultra Clear. I was using Dove, but it clogged my pores horribly. The only time I've used Secret my pits burned until I scrubbed the deodorant off.

Olive oil for stove top. Canola oil cooking spray for oven. Butter and butter spreads (butter + olive oil) for almost everything else. Shortening for cookies or recipes that specifically call for shortening. Honestly, I have margarine tucked away in my freezer for holiday cookie making.
