    low carb yogurt
    cocoa powder
    oatmeal
    almond milk
    egg beaters
    Frozen grilled tilapia
    and i put cinnamon in just about everything because it;s soooo delicious! :)

    Eggs, meat, tuna, leafy greens (especially spinach), onions, animal fat to cook in, cayenne pepper, tabasco, heavy cream (for the coffee).

    Some cheese occasionally, not so much these days.

    Lean beef, chicken breast, turkey burgers, pickles, diet soda, healthy cereal and definitely lots of fresh fruits and veggies!!

    Stuff I buy thats low cal treats:
    -100 calorie snack packs
    -80 calorie puddings
    -cake mix with diet soda, baked like cupcakes (mmmm)
    -whipped cream
    -50 calorie light beer from budweiser on occasion

    KANGAROO! omg if you HAVEN'T tried it, please do. Hit me up for some awesome tips. I eat it 2 times a week.
    Yogurt - Full fat, not fat, whatever. I go by the flavours over most things. As long as it's no/low added sugar and good bacteria.
